The Early Learning Alliance is a collaboration of over 50 organizations working together to help children in Tarrant County achieve educational and life success. Their Framework for Success is based on equity; that all children, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender or income, should have a strong foundation for a future of success in school and in life.
They work towards equitable practices through community collaboration, data collection, analyzing practices, strategic investments, public support and sound public policies. They are currently in year 6 of a 10-year movement for equitable child care and education practices. Their Strategic_Plan_2020 details their vision and actions.
