Groundwork works to educate key decision makers in our state about the importance of quality, early learning and healthy development as the most transformative strategy to increase the life-long success of Ohio’s children and lay a strong foundation for economic prosperity in our state.
About Groundwork –
Groundwork’s advocacy supports the healthy development of young children, quality early learning, and empowered families through strong policies and investments. As the state’s leading early learning and health advocacy organization, Groundwork educates policymakers on the importance of investing in the prenatal-to-five period, elevates the voices of families and providers who are impacted by our child-serving systems, and seeks to advance system-level changes that improve outcomes for Ohio’s youngest children and their families.
Advocacy –
As part of these efforts, Groundwork also engages with policymakers during the state’s biennial budget process to amplify the strong case for investing in the earliest years of development.
