The purpose of this bill is to require that school districts meet new requirements in classroom settings for the 2020-2021 school year. The first new requirement is ensuring that there is an actual, physical seat present in the classroom available to each student before the pupil attends the class. The second requirement is that if any classroom has more than 35 students, there must be written permission from the parents or guardian of each pupil allowing for their placement in the classroom.
