Raising New York

“Raising New York is a diverse statewide coalition of parent, early education, civil rights, business, and health organizations dedicated to increasing the number of children who are on track for school readiness”. Focuses on improving long-term outcomes for children of underserved groups, such as low-income and minority populations. Raising New York conducts surveys and produces fact sheets to demonstrate trends within underserved communities. Their priorities include:

• Providing access to health and developmental care 
• Ensuring access to high-quality affordable childcare
• Helping more parents become financially secure
• Building a system that works together for families
