We’re excited to announce a new course in our Reflective Practitioner Series: Seeing Ourselves, Seeing Each Other: Nurturing Healthy Racial Identity in the Early Years.

This is a six-month webinar series designed for early childhood educators (birth–grade 3) and caregivers who are committed to raising whole, confident children. Grounded in the framework Fostering Healthy Identity Development in Young Children: Affirming Race, Ethnicity, and Culture in the Early Years, this series offers practical guidance for supporting children’s racial, ethnic, and cultural identity development during their earliest years.

We begin with a free introductory webinar (watch the recording below) to orient everyone to the framework and how racial identity develops in the early years.

Then we transition to a six-month webinar series for our RPS subscribers.

Subscribers gain access to live Zoom sessions, recordings, and a reflective workbook. Each month, we focus on affirming the racial identity development of a specific racial or ethnic group. Together, we can create identity-affirming environments where every child thrives.

  • Gold Tier ($8/month): Includes this new course, as well as all webinars, recordings, and the workbook.
  • Platinum Tier ($25/month): Includes everything in Gold plus access to our Fall Book Study and past RPS courses.
