School Administrators of South Dakota

School Administrator of South Dakota (SASD) works “to promote and to provide leadership for the improvement and advancement of education for all  Pre-K-12 schools in the state of South Dakota, to improve administrative leadership skills through on-going professional development programs, and to improve educational funding and policies through active participation in the South Dakota legislative process.” The organization also gives awards that support various areas of interest in education, such as school districts who have collaborated with community partners to improve education locally as well as awards that recognize innovative and successful new education programs/projects in schools.
