In our May 4th episode, Kisha Reid is in conversation with Leigh Ann Yuen.  She is the co-founder, director and lead teacher at Garden Gate Child Development Center on Martha’s Vineyard.  She and Kisha are going to talk about her experiences as an educator in different retreats and workshops with the primary goal of deepening her practice.

Guest bio:

Leigh Ann has been an early childhood educator for over 25-years where she is has been primarily focused on providing children with opportunities to be seen and heard through creative exploration and expression while also advocating for children to ensure they have developmentally appropriate forms of learning, access to self-directed play and access to nature.  All while building community for the children alongside the parents.
