DEY Statement on Protecting Immigrant Families
We oppose separating children from their families because it is inhumane and has lifelong impact and we oppose the cruel treatment of immigrant families coming to the U.S., especially in light of the fact that the U.S. played a major role in creating the conditions that people are now fleeing.
